General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross is a U.S. Army general.
History[]
General Ross's first appearance was to watch a weapons presentation of Iron Monger in Heavy Mettle.
Ross returns in Rage of the Hulk. Tony Stark and Howard Stark are trying to cure Bruce Banner of his condition by draining out the radiation. Their attempts are disrupted by General Ross's appearance (with S.H.I.E.L.D. aiding under a presidential order). When Ross attempts to drain the radiation (with the intention of using it to create an army of Hulks), the device explodes. The Hulk survives, but is transformed into a Grey Hulk form. This new Hulk passes up a chance to smash Ross when he decides he isn't worth it. Ross is later arrested for putting innocent lives at risk for the device's explosion.
