At school, female student Pepper Potts suggests to Tony that Obadiah murdered Howard for his own personal gain. This angers Tony, but it makes sense. Tony gets into his armored suit to spy on Stane, but he detects a runaway train. He stops it from crashing into Stark Tower, resulting in the public calling him "Iron Man". Down in his lair, The Mandarin is angered that his runaway train plan failed, but declares that he will get his ring back. It is shown that the Mandarin has a Makluan Ring as well. |
