Captain America is a hero of World War II.
Overview
In Ghost in the Machine, Captain America was mentioned on a history test that Tony Stark took at the Tomorrow Academy.
Captain America was the world's first super soldier. He was renowned as the greatest hero in the world. In World War II, he fought against the Red Skull and HYDRA. His body was frozen at the bottom of the Arctic Circle until he was dug out by S.H.I.E.L.D. They are still trying to revive him.
